Mr. Anxiety
Materials
Cache La Poudre River driftwood, cherry wood, pine tree root from when my neighbor had a pine tree removed and I awkwardly asked if I could have the root ball, some kind of grass from the landscaping in my front yard, cotton craft rope.
Measurements
7.5 in. tall sitting, 10 in. tall standing, 6 in. wide
I am not entirely sure about the source of inspiration for Mr. Anxiety. I recall my desire to carve something like a realistic nose. Otherwise, Mr. Anxiety came from that amazing creative flow state that once harnessed, can guide you to something unexpected. He definitely seems to be worrying about something. I am sure it has nothing to do with my own subconscious projecting itself through my art. I am fine. Everything is fine. Why do you ask?
